To apply for tuition assistance please complete the following two steps:
1. Complete the 2017-2018 Tuition Assistance Application and return it with a current paystub in a sealed envelope by THURSDAY, JANUARY 5, 2017.
2. Send in your 2016 W-2 (and/or 1099, if applicable) AND 2016 Federal Tax Return by FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2017. Tax and earnings information from 2015 or earlier will not be accepted.
